The DLW-300ES diesel-powered welder/generator from Multiquip cranks out 300 amps of welding capability and 10 kilowatts of electricity at 280 amps in 100 percent duty cycle. At idle the unit puts out up to 160 amps. The fuel-efficient engine uses only 1.1 gallons per hour at full load. The welder’s arc force dial allows operators to fine tune the arc to the desired quality.
