Skid-mounted, pre-wired and pre-plumbed for fast, easy installation, the EconoBatch batch plant from Mixer Systems is totally self contained, needing only the cement silo, screw conveyor and water and electrical connections. The plant includes the mixer, cement/water weight batcher, aggregate bins, conveyor and automation controls, and comes with mixers from 1/2 to 2 cubic yards and production capacities of up to 35 cubic yards per hour. The pocket belt aggregate conveyor provides inclines as steep as 45 degrees, which allows a small footprint. In the portable configuration it can be taken off the truck and put into operation within a matter of hours.
