Terex subsidiary Genie has promoted Scott Owyen to regional sales manager. Most recently a product manager, Owyen will now oversee sales and customer support for United Rentals branches in western Canada, Washington, Oregon, northern California, Idaho and Reno, Nev. He joined Genie in 1983 as a product specialist, and has held various positions with the company. Prior to working for Genie, Owyen spent three years as a test mechanic for Boeing.
