Navistar Financial appoints vice president of credit

Navistar Financial named Bill McMenamin vice president of credit, replacing Ron Dietz, who retired May 31 after working for the company 38 years. McMenamin has been director of corporate finance for International Truck and Engine since 2001. He was responsible for the development and execution of corporate finance strategies, foreign exchange risk management and public debt compliance.

Prior to joining International, he was a co-founder and CFO of a human resources and consulting firm that grew from $3 million to $70 million in revenue during his six years there. In his new role, McMenamin will focus on maintaining Navistar Financial’s portfolio while developing opportunities to enhance dealer and customer market share.

Dietz’s accomplishments include building a relationship with Idealease, Navistar Financial’s largest customer. Dietz also developed strong relationships with key dealers, customers and major lending institutions.
