Next-generation crane offerings from Link-Belt

You can transport Link-Belt‘s completely new 218 HYLAB HSL 110-ton hydraulic lattice boom crane in most states without removing its crawlers. The design features a variety of next-generation features including an all-new winch package with a wet-brake design for a superior “feel” compared to other wet-brake designs that come on hard and release quickly. The brake is positioned on the output side of the winch planetary, allowing precise control of even the lightest loads in freefall. Other features include a 7-piece counterweight with innovative removal system, lift capacity increases, optional third and fourth drums and quicker overall assembly and disassembly with Link-Belt’s patented Quick Draw system. The crane is powered by a 266-horsepower Mitsubishi 6D24-TLAZL diesel engine. The 218 HYLAB HSL is the first crane developed from the new Hitachi-Sumitomo-Link-Belt alliance. Also new from Link-Belt: 248 HYLAB 5 and 348 HYLAB 5 hydraulic lattice boom cranes; RTC-8060 Series II rough terrain crane; ATC-3130 II and ATC-3200 all-terrain cranes; ATC-8690 and HTT-8690 telescopic truck cranes; and the 108 HYLAB lattice crawler crane
