Horton Holding, a provider of cooling solutions for engines, will locate a manufacturing facility in Britton, S.D., with construction to begin this spring. In early 2006 the plant will begin producing and testing the company’s electronically controlled viscous product line. The 20,000-square-foot facility will be adjacent to an existing Horton plant that manufactures fan drives, remans and repair kits.
