Volvo Trucks, UAW reach tentative agreement

Volvo Trucks North America announced Feb. 1 the company and the United Auto Workers have reached a tentative agreement on terms for new three-year agreements that would cover approximately 2,800 people at the River Valley, Va., plant. Volvo Trucks is withholding further comment about the proposals pending ratification meetings, which the UAW is scheduling.
