Compact loadall maneuvers tight spaces

JCB’s 520-40 Loadall, which the company calls the most compact telescopic tool carrier on the market, measures 61 inches wide and 77 inches high. The 9,700-pound machine allows you to work in confined spaces previously reserved for skid-steer loaders, with the added advantage of extended reach. The model has a 4,000-pound rated operating capacity at its full lift height of 13 feet 2 inches, and a 2,000-pound rated operating capacity at its maximum forward reach of 8 feet, 4 inches. Featuring a four-wheel-drive and four-wheel-steer combination, the unit has an outside turn radius of 120 inches. Powered by a 50-horsepower Perkins diesel engine, the Loadall is equipped with a two-speed hydrostatic powertrain that delivers a 12.4 mph travel speed. With 15.8 gpm of auxiliary hydraulic flow and 3,600 psi of system pressure, the machine is designed to work with many skid steer and compact tool carrier attachments. It features a universal skid-steer loader quick-attach system and a boom float that allows easy back dragging with a bucket or blade.
