Sterling Truck Corporation received the highest overall ranking for conventional medium-duty trucks in the 2003 J.D. Power and Associates medium-duty truck customer satisfaction study. The rankings are based on interviews with more than 1,400 principal maintainers of 2-year-old, medium-duty trucks. The study analyzes customer satisfaction in three areas — product, service and parts – and covers topics such as vehicle performance, interior and exterior design and dealer service.
