New telehandlers designed for both ends of market

Terex has added two new 13-meter telescopic handlers to its lineup, the Telelift 3713 SX and Telelift 3713 Elite. In both models the Perkins engine is mounted sideways for 360-degree visibility. The transmission is hydrostatic with four-wheel drive and three steering modes. Designed to be easy to use, even by inexperienced operators, the SX machine is aimed at the cost competitive segments of the market and rental use. The Elite version offers speeds up to 22.9 mph and a towing capacity of 18,150 pounds. It has a two-cylinder chassis leveling system. The standard attachment quick coupling allows the use of hydraulic attachments such as a concrete bucket, mixing bucket and hydraulic winch.
