Perkins master distributor to sell assets

Perkins Engines has announced that Diesel Distribution, one of its three master distributors in Canada, has signed an agreement in principle to sell its assets to Toromont Industries of Concord, Ontario. Diesel Distribution is headquartered in Mississauga, a Toronto suburb, and includes a network of 76 dealers throughout Ontario that sell, service and distribute Perkins engines. Toromont says it will keep the Diesel Distribution name.
