Caterpillar has improved the 140H, 160H and 14H motor graders by adding an electronically controlled Cat 3176 ETA engine. The graders offer advancements in control, comfort and viewing area and re-engineered inspection and service points. Exterior sound levels can be cut to less than 109 decibels with a sound supression package. An optional Variable Horsepower Plus delivers 11 percent more power for the 140H and 10 percent more power for the 160H, when compared to the standard variable horsepower.
