You can use the Helac PowerGrip Multi-Purpose Bucket as a trenching, grading or clamshell bucket, grapple or hydraulic thumb. The PowerGrip has a full trenching bucket profile with no obstructing crossbars that could restrict the handling and unloading of material. The jaw operates independent of the bucket curl cylinder and opens 120 degrees. The PowerGrip’s holding force is consistent throughout its arc of movement and equal force is applied to both sides of the jaw. PowerGrip has no exposed cylinder rods, hinge pins or bushings. The tool circuit connection manifold includes integral load holding and pressure control as a standard feature. A variety of bucket widths and sizes are available.
