There are lots of ways to get a backhoe down from on top of various objects. Some are conventional and very safe and to certain people, also boring. The crew in the video below turned removing a backhoe from on top of a short wall into one of the most unnecessary challenges we can remember. Using the arm of the backhoe on the ground as support, the backhoe on the wall gradually climbs down to join its buddy below. The thing is, the process takes a while. The whole thing takes about 9 minutes to complete, so it’s not much of a shortcut and definitely not worth the increased danger to both operator and machine. Check out the video below.
