Convenient four-cycle engine powers tamper

The new BT65/4 tamper from Bomag Light Equipment gives you the convenience of a four-cycle engine with the high stroke and impact force of a two-cycle engine. With its 3.3-horsepower, four-cycle Honda GX100 engine, the 150-pound tamper generates up to 3,485 pounds of impact force. The BT65/4 achieves a top travel speed of 66 feet per minute and can knock out anywhere from 540 to 708 impacts per minute, compacting up to 20 cubic yards of material per hour. The four-cycle engine puts out less noise and air pollution than two-cycle engines and can be transported in the horizontal position without concern about oil contaminating the cylinder, muffler, carburetor or air filter.
