Harsco buys Pro-Shore equipment

Industrial services and products company Harsco has purchased $14 million worth of Pro-Shore shoring equipment for mid- and high-rise concrete shoring and forming construction. Harsco says the equipment will be part of its access services division.

Under an agreement with Webcor, the parent company of Pro-Shore’s developer, Harsco began marketing the Pro-Shore system on a limited basis in 2004. With the equipment purchase, Harsco plans to roll out the line to additional branches of its access services division, called Patent Construction Systems. Patent will also become Webcor’s exclusive provider of certain shoring equipment.
