JLG to acquire French remanufacturing operation

JLG Industries announced Dec. 19 it has signed a letter of intent to purchase the remanufacturing inventory and equipment of Acces Industrie located in Tonneins, France. JLG will also sublease an aerial work platform facility in Tonneins from Acces. JLG said in a press release the transaction is consistent with its strategy to bring reconditioning services to Europe.
