The VMaster directly controlled viscous fan drive from Horton is managed from the electronic control module on your equipment’s engine to give you extra cooling power in high-heat applications. A reduced idle speed frees up horsepower and conserves fuel while providing continual airflow through the heat exchangers. The VMaster fan drive offers three control configurations including on/off, pulse width modulation and open loop and pulse width modulation with integrated fan-speed feedback. The pulse-width modulation systems operate independent of engine speed, giving you variable speed control and precision cooling.
