Volvo CE Rents opens center in Arkansas, signs franchise in Louisiana

Volvo Construction Equipment Rents announced Friday the opening of a Volvo CE Rents center in Arkansas and the signing of a franchise contract for centers in Louisiana. Arkansas Rental Company opened a center in Little Rock, and JPS will own and operate centers in the metropolitan Monroe area.
