AEM to co-host customer support seminar

If you have a strong interest in customer service and training issues, you may want to check out the seminar “Managing the Profit Circle,” which will be co-hosted by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and the National Association of Service Managers Nov. 9-12 at the Scottsdale Radisson in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The seminar is geared toward managers who work in parts, service, training and warranties.

The event will combine AEM’s annual seminar with NASM’s yearly congress. According to Vince Lightfoot, NASM executive director, the double billing will “deliver the same strong education and increased networking opportunities while only taking attendees away from their offices for one trip.”

The AEM/NASM Customer Support Seminar will focus on those aspects of customer support that affect a company’s bottom line and will also feature a full-day session on best practices in equipment training.

Details and online registration forms are available in the education section of the AEM website. For more information contact AEM’s Heide Kraus at (414) 298-4143, e-mail [email protected] or click the link to the right.
