Manitex acquires Phoenix’s assets

Boom truck manufacturer Manitex acquired on July 12 the operating assets of Phoenix Corp., a manufacturer of truck-mounted aerial equipment. Quantum Equipment, a platform company of Quantum Value Partners, acquired Manitex from Manitowoc earlier this year.
