AEM’s 2008 annual conference “World Trade: Traits of the Masters” to be held November 9-11, 2008

The 2008 Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) annual conference will be held November 9-11, 2008 at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. This yearly event brings together presidents, CEOs and other senior-level executives in the off-road equipment manufacturing industry to examine and discuss the best strategies for competitive growth.

A focus of the 2008 annual conference themed “World Trade: Traits of the Masters” will be exploring new global and business options. Keynote speakers will offer insights to the trade trends of the United States and global economies, political environment, sustainability issuers and operational efficiencies.

The AEM conference will feature a political “point-counterpoint” analysis of the recent U.S. presidential and congressional elections and what lies ahead for business and the country. Political commentator Carl Jeffers and Wall Street Journal columnist John Fund will provide a United States perspective. Switzerland Councilor of State Peter Briner will add a global view of what the elections mean for Europe and other world regions.
