· MSE Inc. of Chino Valley, Ariz., a manufacturer of lube trucks and truck bodies
· Pave Tech of Prior Lake, Minn., a manufacturer of paving hand tools and paver edge restraints
· SenDEC Corporation of Macedon, N.Y., a manufacturer of digital instrumentation, meters and gauges
· Thomas Magnete USA of Brookfield, Wis., a manufacturer of actuators, valves and hydraulic trucks
