Cummins makes engine information available online

Construction equipment owners can get immediate access to parts and service information for every Cummins engine built since 1960 through the company’s new Quickserve Online site.

The website lets construction equipment owners access the same online system Cummins service personnel use. The website offers 24-hour access to parts and information, a subscriber bulletin board and a Cummins newsletter. The online tool allows owners to access information for up to five vehicles or pieces of machinery, ranging from skid-steer loaders and concrete breakers to trucks with Cummins diesel engines.

“QuickServe Online allows our customers to get access to daily updated parts and service information with the click of a fingertip,” said Mike Champlin, director of PowerCare ebusiness and information products. “It’s a quicker, more efficient method than a catalog for checking on each Cummins engine.”

Approximately 60 million Cummins engine documents are available on the website, including parts diagrams and part numbers, service bulletins and troubleshooting directions, operation and maintenance manuals, service products, engine data plate information and wiring diagrams.
