International has promoted Tom Cellitti to vice president and general manager of its medium truck vehicle center, while Michael Cancelliere will replace Cellitti as vice president of International’s bus vehicle center. Cellitti, who began his career at International in 1975, formed the company’s school bus business in 1991. Cancelliere, a 24-year veteran of International, previously worked as vice president of North American sales.
