Takeuchi-US

Takeuchi-US has opened a new 37,000-square-foot training center in Pendergrass, Georgia, dedicated to sales and technical instruction for dealer principals and technicians, company salespeople and corporate dealer trainers.

The Takeuchi Training Center will give the company the ability to increase class size capacity and add more service training classes over the coming months. With the addition of the training center, Takeuchi has expanded its 44-acre campus to include two buildings with 500,000 square feet of space.

"This is the second building we've erected here in the past two years, and altogether, this property represents $9 million in investment and growth in Jackson County," says Jeff Stewart, Takeuchi-US president.

Courses offered at the training center will include instructor-led, intermediate-level technical training on both compact track loaders and compact excavators. Classes will begin in May.

Takeuchi will also offer quarterly sales training for dealers as well as advanced technical training.
