ASV Holdings has added Rish Equipment to its dealer network with 14 locations in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland.

Rish will sell the full line of ASV’s compact track loaders, entering the CTL market with the product, says ASV.

With more than 300 employees, Komatsu-dealer Rish also carries LeeBoy, Dynapac, NPK and Sakai products. Founded in 1934, the company serves several markets including commercial, highway, paving, aggregates, mining, landscaping, forestry, demolition and agriculture. The company also has a St. Albans, West Virginia, rebuild center, which offers total machine rebuilds and major component and hydraulic repairs.

“We are excited to announce our partnership with Rish, a historic tier-1 equipment dealer which offers new, used and rental equipment in each of its 14 locations,” says Justin Rupar, ASV vice president of sales and marketing. “They share our vision, with its mantra being to provide excellent service support with an extensive parts inventory, highly trained service personnel, mobile and on-site service to eliminate travel and minimize downtime.”

Yanmar recently announced that it was buying ASV for $70.7 million.
