“The addition of the Cat Rental Store in Jackson fills a gap between our Nashville and Memphis locations that expands our footprint in which to serve customers’ equipment rental needs,” says Mike Rattan, Thompson Rental Store general manager. “Our Jackson staff brings a wealth of expertise to the market and will provide a valuable resource to our customers in the area.”
Preston Mysinger, the newly-named Jackson Rental Store manager, says Jackson and the surrounding region are seeing major growth in the industrial and commercial markets, necessitating the addition of the operation.
“Thompson’s new Cat Rental Store will provide not only earthmoving equipment, but scissor and boom lifts, air compressors, light towers, generators and more. Having an increased local presence allows us to be even more connected to the community, and means we can offer more equipment options for all jobsite needs,” says Mysinger.
The company also announced Del Reid has joined the Jackson sales team as a rental sales representative.
