LiuGong unveiled its next-generation T Series wheel loader lineup to the North American market at ConExpo 2026.
The 842T and 856T are the first models to hit dealer lots this fall, featuring bigger cabs, faster cycle times and easier maintenance.
Product Manager Andrew Dargatz says LiuGong designed the T Series models with three goals in mind for the operator: increased production, comfort and uptime.
“What we can deliver to customers is more things standard,” he says. “This complete package is guaranteed to keep your machine working and moving more material quicker, adding more to your bottom line.”
Standard features include:
A heated and ventilated air-suspension seat
An adjustable, tiltable and telescopic steering wheel
Customizable EH controls with preset responsiveness settings and one-touch bucket shake
A five-speed transmission with a lock-up torque converter and front and rear limited-slip differentials
Speed- and gear-adjustable ride control
A 360-degree camera system with object detection
Heated and powered mirrors
360-degree work lights
An auto-lubrication system and auto-reversing fan
Bucket, forks and ISO coupler

The 44,608-pound 856T is powered by a 245-horsepower Cummins B6.7 diesel engine. It has a 25,613-pound full turn tipping load and a maximum hinge pin height of 13 feet 6 inches.
Wheel loaders are the fifth most popular construction equipment category behind compact track loaders, mini excavators, excavators and stand-on compact utility loaders. According to EDA, 11,152 new financed wheel loaders were sold between June 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026. (EDA and Equipment World are owned by Fusable.)

All of our wheel loaders come standard with ZF five speed transmissions. The five speed transmission would lock up. Torque converters, provide faster cycle times, faster to upend roading speed, and overall improved efficiency. These machines will be able to reach a travel speed up to 25mph, or 40 KB. Our midsize wheel loaders feature front and rear limited slip differential.

The limited slip differential provide better traction and reduced higher wear. When we look into comfort RT series, We alerts feature our newest cab design. This is a much larger cab, providing operators with about 30% increase legroom and over 20% increase visibility. We have 360 cameras with object detection and our exterior heated and powered mirrors. Also, in all of our new T series feature the new customizable controls. The customizable controls allow operators to be able to quickly select from one of three preset settings, allowing them greater adjustability of the responsiveness of their attachment. But not only can they quickly select from one of those three responsiveness settings, they can even go into the display and make even finer adjustments or customizations to give them better control of their attachment.

We can make their machines faster as far as if they just really want to be able to load trucks quickly, or if they really want that deliberate control, we want to slow it down a little bit. Maybe they're moving heavy pipe or palliative material. We can give that extra confidence with a quick, easy change within the display. When we talk about uptime, it starts the new key component service lights the front of the machine right by our battery.

Disconnect. With a push of a button, we'll be able to activate five LED lights that are located under the engine hood, giving light to where all of our filters, filters, fuel filters, fuel fill ports, engine oil dipstick and coolant side glass so operators can easily do their daily walk around in low light conditions. Technicians love it too. As far as when they're having to do their PM service, also standard on all of our machines is a auto reversing fan.

We're operators again, can go into the display and change or adjust the frequency and duration for their fan to reverse, keeping their coolers clean and minimizing downtime with cleaning clogged coolers. Also standard on all Lou Gong reloads is the auto lubrication systems. And of course, with our Eileen, telematics provides not only the runtime and information that operators and owners fleet managers want to have, but it's also that link back to the dealer that, you know, if there is a problem, the dealer has the information to be able to troubleshoot it and arrive with the proper parts.
