It’s time for parents to start talking to their teenagers about being safe drivers.
That’s the message from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, which is gearing up for National Teen Driver Safety Week, from October 15-21.
The NHTSA is teaming up with the NIOSH Center for Motor Vehicle Safety for a Twitter chat on October 18 from 3 to 4 p.m. The agency says experts will be available to answer questions. Participants should use the hashtag #TeenDriver and tag @NHTSAgov.
