Sennebogen’s new 360 G combines the advantages of a telehandler and a wheel loader into one machine for heavy-duty industrial material handling and recycling operations.

It features a telescopic boom and hydraulically elevating cab for a clear view when lifting heavy loads at height.

When fully elevated, the cab has a 13-foot, 5-inch viewing height, allowing operators to see into the trucks or containers they’re loading. Visibility is further enhanced by large glass panel windows.

The steel boom provides a maximum reach of 27 feet 11 inches and a 13,228-pound standard lift capacity. The central positioning and shape of the boom transfers the forces into the frame, while the Z-kinematics steer the forces to maximize power to the bucket operation, the company says.

A 165-horsepower Cummins B4.5 diesel engine powers the 27,558-pound machine. The standard maximum speed is 12.4 mph or optionally 24.8 mph.

Flexible Steering System

The 360 G’s configurable steering system allows operators to choose between classic steering wheel control, joystick-only steering or a combination of both systems depending on the application.

Joystick steering enables fast and precise movements during operation without the need to reposition hands, decreasing cycle times. For road travel, the steering wheel is available for stable, traditional control. The combination of both systems provides an operator’s preferred control for a variety applications — from material handling to transport operations.

Enhanced Cab

The enhanced Multicab has been designed for comfort, visibility and safety.

It features a 10-inch touch display, a new high-backrest seat with available climate control and seat heating, and a new camera system with integrated person detection.

Increased Performance and Versatility

The new boom design improves load handling and structural strength, allowing the 360 G to handle buckets with capacities up to 9.2 cubic yards.

A hydraulic quick-change system with a reinforced frame, large-scale bolts and dual-action locking cylinders allows operators to change most attachments without leaving the cab. Sennebogen is expanding its attachment portfolio to include hedge trimmers, mulchers and other work tools for municipal applications.

Additional tire options will also allow buyers to adapt the machine to various ground conditions, such as paved surfaces and turf.

Increased Durability

To increase the machine’s durability in daily operation, Sennebogen has equipped it with more structural protections, including an improved tank cover, reinforced impact protection for the engine hood and additional protective grilles for the front windshield. A standard reversible fan ensures free air intake and optimal cooling performance, while the central lubrication system automates lubrication cycles.

The revamped 360 G is capped off by a new color scheme. Previously light and dark grey components have been unified in black, giving it a more modern appearance.
