Efficiency Production and Safe-T-Shore have named Wendell Wood director of distributor development. Wood has worked in the trench shielding and shoring industry for 25 years, most recently as vice president of the construction products division at GME. He will be responsible for advancing the growth of Efficiency and Safe-T-Shore’s national distribution base of more than 80 dealers. Wendell served as the first president of the Trench Shoring and Shielding Association in 1989, is a current member of the ANSI 10.12 Subcommittee on Construction Safety and Health and served as co-chairman of the National Utility Contractors Association safety committee from 1985-1989.
