Recently retired senior managing director of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), Ward Malisch, is the recipient of the Richard D. Gaynor Award given each year by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) for excellence in research, engineering and standards.
Malisch is currently serving in a part-time role as technical director of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and also as publisher of ACI’s Concrete International Magazine.
