Allison call center provides quick answers about their transmissions

Allison Transmission has formed a technical assistance call center (TAC) to answer distributor and dealer service questions, and to build a database that aids in quick, on-target answers as well as early detection of any service issues. TAC provides quick assistance to questions about all Allison 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 Product Family Vocational Models as well as AT, MT and HT models. The call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls to the toll-free TAC line, 800-252-5283, average around 150 a day with a monthly total of 3,000 to 3,500 calls that are typically answered by experienced ASE certified technicians.
