Early registration for ConExpo-Con/Agg opens Aug. 2

If you are already planning to attend the ConExpo-Con/Agg trade show in Las Vegas March 15-19, you might want to take advantage of early registration. Advance registration for the event will open Aug. 2, and will give show attendees the chance to purchase discounted single tickets, four-ticket packs and 12-ticket packs.

The show, which will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will correspond with the International Exposition for Power Transmission Technical Conference and is expected to attract over 100,000 construction professionals. Attendees who are registered for the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2005 event will be able to attend the IFPE events for free.

By registering early, show attendees pay $40, which is $30 off the regular registration fee. There is also a discount for the seminar tickets. If purchased on-site, a single seminar ticket would cost $100, but if purchased in advance, it costs $75. A four-ticket seminar pack onsite costs $295, but is discounted to $195 if bought ahead of time, and a 12-ticket pack costs $550 onsite but can be purchased early for $425.

Attendees can register for the CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE events online, through mail, by phone or fax. Downloadable registration forms are posted on the show’s website, and are available in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portugese, Russian, Spanish and English. Printed registration brochures on the events will also be available in the languages previously mentioned.

Information on travel, housing and educational programs is also available on the show’s website, which will soon include a product-oriented “Virtual Trade Show” where visitors can identify the products and services they want to learn more about, and schedule appointments with exhibitors, find education sessions and onsite meetings, and track their schedule in a “personal itinerary planner.”

Using the virtual trade show to pull information into a personalized plan will help attendees use their time efficiently, said Ken Snover, managing director of the show.
