2014 Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra V-6 fuel economy rated at 18 city, 24 highway

General Motors has announced fuel economy ratings for the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra when equipped with the 4.3-liter EcoTec3 V-6, claiming class-leading combined mileage and capability. The federal government has begun an investigation on Ford F-150 pickup trucks with 3.5-liter EcoBoost engines.
