SPX Service Solutions has entered a five-year agreement with AGCO of Duluth, Georgia, to supply AGCO dealers worldwide with the AGCO electronic diagnostic tool (EDT), a newly developed common diagnostic platform capable of supporting all AGCO brands
AGCO will develop the program diagnostic content and SPX Service Solutions will provide dealers with the diagnostic hardware, design and maintenance of an e-commerce website using the new SPX Service Solutions’ SRS (Service Readiness System) program. The SRS program will support web-based updates to the diagnostic platform, provide loaner, repair, and technical support services at three regional SPX Service Solutions locations.
