HECO, a manufacturer of highway maintenance equipment and agricultural spreaders, has acquired Flow Boy Manufacturing, which makes road building material transporting equipment.
“Flow Boy has an excellent reputation in the industry and the line is a natural fit with our existing products,” said Matt Rissi, chief executive of HECO. “In addition, the completion of this acquisition represents a significant step in our strategy to expand into new markets.”
