JCB to break ground Friday for expansion

JCB will break ground Friday for a 200,000-square-foot customer support center for the company’s North American operation. Local officials will join JCB CEO John Patterson and President Graeme McDonald at the company’s facility in Savannah, Georgia, where they will use JCB backhoe loaders in lieu of shovels to break ground for the center.

The JCB customer support center will serve as a global distribution center for North America, South America and the Pacific Rim.
