Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas has introduced the HL730-9 as part of its new 9-series wheel loaders.
The HL730-9 features a 9.2-second cycle time and a Cummins Tier-III QSB4.5 engine with three modes (power, standard, or econo) ranging from full power to reduced fuel consumption.
Hyundai offers the HL730-9 in Tool Master (TM) and Extend Reach (XTD) models. The Tool Master is intended for jobs requiring special attachments such as forks, log grapples or hay handlers, while the Extend Reach is designed for projects requiring a higher dump height such as loading material into high sided dump trucks or use in feed lot applications.
Cabin features include 5.7-inch wide color LCD screens, automatic AC and heat, heated rear-view mirrors, a hands free phone, personal storage space, AM/FM radio, MP3 interface and USB ports.
Other features include Hyundai’s Hi-mate remote management system, hydraulic filters with 1,000-hour service intervals and Hyundai certified hydraulic oil, which can last up to 5,000 hours before changing.
