Snorkel International, manufacturer of aerial work platforms, announced it will begin a one-week shutdown of its production facility in Elwood, Kansas, beginning on October 27, to evaluate its resources in light of changing market conditions. The company’s customer care and sales teams will be operational throughout this week. Snorkel plans to resume production on November 3.
