An International 4300 medium-duty commercial truck joins the Kentucky Harvest fleet thanks to Navistar International, manufacturer of the trucks. Kentucky Harvest collects and delivers food to those who are hungry throughout Metro Louisville and surrounding areas.
“It’s all about the food,” says Stan Curtis, founder of Kentucky Harvest. “Through the generosity of Navistar, the staff and volunteers of Kentucky Harvest will be more efficient at picking up food that might otherwise go to waste and feeding hungry people in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.”
‘The Cup Experience’, a city-wide celebration, has named International the official truck of The Cup Experience for the charitable donation.
“We are pleased to know that one of our medium-duty trucks will be going to ultimately assist those in need,” says David Johanneson, Navistar executive vice president of sales, marketing and distribution. “We are proud to support the Kentucky Harvest and the people of Kentucky.”
