Paladin completed the acquisition of Magnum Systems, a manufacturer of mulching attachments for use in land clearing, right-of-way clearing and site development. Following the Paladin purchase, John Edwards, Magnum Systems’ founder, will serve as a consultant.
“Magnum’s innovative products will significantly expand the company’s family of attachments that specifically target the land clearing and site development niches of the markets we serve,” says Bill Van Sant, Paladin’s president and chief executive officer.
