Truckers name Louisiana roads ‘worst’

Overdrive, the trucking industry’s magazine for owner-operators, asked truckers to rank the nation’s worst and best roads for its annual survey, and found that Louisiana secured the “worst roads” title for the first time in the survey’s 16 year history. Truckers noted I-10 is most likely the reason Louisiana took the top spot this year.

Louisiana is a veteran of the Top Five Worst Roads list, according to Overdrive. Trailing Louisiana by two-tenths of a point was Pennsylvania, which typically garners the title in the worst roads category.
