JCB Dieselmax breaks own land speed record

JCB’s Dieselmax recently broke its own land speed record for diesel-powered cars when it reached 350 miles per hour at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. The Dieselmax was driven by British Royal Air Force Wing Commander Andy Green, who set the first supersonic land-speed record at 763 mph with a jet-propelled car.

On August 23, the Dieselmax became the world’s fastest diesel when it reached a FIA-sanctioned speed of 328.767 miles per hour.
