In preparation for JLG Industries to carry the new line of Caterpillar-branded telehandlers, JLG and Cat employees formed the Caterpillar Alliance Team to support the requirements of the telehandlers, as well as the global Caterpillar dealer network.
JLG is also reorganizing its manufacturing facilities for starting production of the Cat-branded telehandler products. “Plans are proceeding well and according to schedule,” said Ky Kuehling, JLG’s Caterpillar Alliance Group global product parent.
This fall, JLG will manufacture six Cat models for North and South American markets.
