Modine, a developer and supplier of thermal management solutions, announced Sept. 28 its common stock will be listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “MOD” beginning Oct. 14. Modine common stock has been listed on the NASDAQ since 1984. Bradley Richardson, chief financial officer for Modine, said trading on the NYSE should help the company broaden its potential investor base through greater brand visibility in both domestic and international markets.
