Designed as a waist belt rather than a neck strap and weighing only 3.5 pounds, the new remote control for BOMAG’s BPH80/65S reversible plate and BMP851 multipurpose compactors reduces operator fatigue and improves comfort. Umbilical controls come standard, but you can also order optional cable/radio and cable/infrared controls. A protective ring encases the joystick controls for increased durability. Extra capacity batteries increase uptime up to 100 hours on a single charge. Remote functions include ignition, travel direction and speed, vibration, exciter system control and emergency stop.
