GPS mixup: Crews demolish wrong house

An Atlanta area demolition crew armed with GPS coordinates but no address completely demolished the wrong home. The home they were supposed to demolish was across the street. And the home they did demolish had been built by the owner’s father and contained numerous family heirlooms.

Blame it on technology if you will, but I think this is more a case of what the old-time radio operators would call a short circuit between the headphones.
