“Mark has a great team in place, and his strong leadership and industry expertise will help Manitou, Gehl and Mustang become market leaders in North America.”

The company says that Hanson’s appointment as regional vice president and CEO builds on his more than 28 years of industry experience, including 11 years with Hertz Equipment Rentals Corporation and 11 years with Genie Industries in executive sales and marketing roles.

Most recently, he was vice president of sales for eight years at Generac Mobile Products, where he led the North American sales and national account teams.

“I could not be more excited to be joining Manitou Group’s global leadership team leading Manitou North America,” Hanson says. “The opportunity to expand our product and service offering in the North American market is substantial. We will be strongly focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and product support to all of our Manitou, Gehl and Mustang brand customers.”

Manitou North America, located in West Bend, Wisconsin, is a subsidiary of the global Manitou Group, which handles rough terrain for the construction, agriculture and industry through its three brands.
